Our story
I was first introduced to Flotation Therapy or Sensory Deprivation Therapy as it can be known a few years ago and the experience stayed with me far after the treatment ended.
I started to go to flotation centres more regularly and while the feeling and benefits were obvious the one thing which took away from my experiences each time was the travel there and home …. at least an hour each way.
The seed of RESTherapy was sown.
I want to bring the benefits of Flotation Therapy to the Mid Ulster area where everyone can experience the Relaxation and many Health and Mindfulness benefits it is proven to provide.
